Just visited a friend last night. It seems like she is quite enjoy over it.
This coming Sunday, I have an appointment with a friend in Kuala Lumpur.
However, my schedule is really very tight and I have no choice but to decide to spend a night in Melacca. Luckily, it is not quite troublesome to me as there has a lot of cheap hotels down there and the environment is quite all right too.
Actually, I have been there for quite a few times and I have every sweet memories with my two kids.

That’s exactly the way I felt previously and unknowingly it led me to the depression. It was really a night mare to me. I went to the gym two hours a day hoping that it could boost up my energy after a good sweat but in vain. Worse, I had gained lots of weight in the mean time.
I can’t really find out the reason actually. Yet, I tried to change my lifestyle, change my thoughts, and really looked into the matters of nutrition. Oh yes, I even on the path to yogist’s life.
Gradually, I gained back my health. Today, I am healthy and energetic. And the most important thing is that I have gained back my confidence and my cheerful life.
